Sarah Accepted to Aquinas College with Vice President Scholarship

I’m a senior with Seton this year, and am proud to announce that in the Fall of 2015, I will be starting as a freshman at Aquinas College in Nashville, Tennessee. I’m also a recipient of one of the Vice President’s scholarships, which will cover 50% of my tuition each year.

The application process for the scholarship included a special application with essay questions, two letters of recommendation, and an interview via Skype. I have been enrolled in Seton since kindergarten, and I know that this has helped me in many ways. As of right now, I plan to major in English (Literature & Writing).

I have loved to read and write my own stories for as long as I can remember, and thanks to Seton’s English program, I have been fortunate to have read so many great books and poems, many of which I can count among my personal favorites.

After college, I hope to be a writer of some kind; I would love to be an author of books for teens and young adults.
