What Is Your Perception of God?

God desires to have an intimate relationship with each and every single one of His children. Many times, however, this intimate relationship is not experienced because of erroneous perceptions that we may have of God.

If our perception of God is distorted, this will serve as a barrier to intimacy with Him.

What is your perception of God, and how might this be affecting the intimate relationship that He desires to have with you?

Do you see God as a loving Father, a Divine Employer, or a strict Judge? Do you see Him as One who is powerful but aloof and uninvolved in the individual lives of His creation?

Why do you perceive Him as you do?

Write down your reflections concerning the relationship with your Heavenly Father that currently exists.
